They have no place-holders for translations yet. Pre-releases and Release Candidates, which I make available to supporters of the appropriate tiers, are not fully tested yet. Mods should always be free, I think, and mine is no exception. The public releases for my mod will always be free. I have details about how to do that here. LastException.txt questions can be asked on the general_support channel on our server (thanks to Gusti for the help on that!!) To get access to chat in those channels, a user must be validated to ensure they are not a bot. Questions can be asked on the mccc_support channel and the mcwoohoo_support channel on the Discord server we have set-up for this.
